Dennis Marshall, President/Owner, has been involved in home building and development in Colorado for over 40 years. He has designed and built over 1,100 semi-custom and custom homes and countless small commercial projects in the Denver metropolitan area. He brings a lifetime of commitment to his craft and his clients.
Michael Comito, Vice President/Owner, has over twenty years of experience in the home building business. He provides the hands-on supervision for MBE and oversees all of the construction, working directly with subcontractors as well as owners.
Marshall Building Enterprises’ Dennis Marshall has earned many awards during his career. His unflagging efforts on behalf of clients earned him the 1996 Pacesetter Customer Service Award given by Custom Homes Magazine. Twice selected Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver (HBA), Dennis was also honored with their Lifetime Achievement Award, one of just two such awards ever presented. He was named “Industry” Man of the Year by the Colorado Association of Housing and Building (CAHB), the organization’s highest honor. Dennis is a Senior Life Director of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), past President of the HBA of Metro Denver and a recipient of the CAHB’s Outstanding Service Award and has served on numerous local, state and national committees.
